The pool is very nice.

I had higher expectations considering the price one pays for the stay. The attention of the staff (except for the girls in the restaurant the kitchen) is very distant. We waited a long time for the check in, it was supposed to be at 4:00pm and it wasn't until almost 5:00pm after repeated insistence on the room they gave her (they offered a breakfast that they didn't give because of the delay) that day she was upset since she was traveling with children. The New Year's Eve party was fine, however I expected something more wow (considering that you also pay a lot of money to be there), at the time of the party we realized that it didn't matter if we paid or not since the people who didn't pay were also able to see the show in the lobby and take pictures with the characters. The space was lent so that anyone without paying could enjoy the same . We sincerely decided to stay at the hard rock venue to enjoy the New Year's show. We had to pay for everything at all times and it did not meet our expectations. We have celebrated the new year in other lower class hotels and they have done very good shows, surpassing by far this one. Eating at the hotel is 3 times more expensive than anywhere else in Orlando . In short very expensive for what they offer. Late check in and normal show for the occasion.

I loved the pool area with its fun atmosphere, especially the DJ and kids' movies at night! The Express Pass was a huge time-saver, letting us skip long lines. Everything in the room was super comfy, just like I hoped! Would stay again for sure.
